How is the daily calorie target worked out?
From your pet's species, age, current weight, neuter status and activity level. It is recalculated whenever you record a new weight. It is guidance for a healthy animal, not veterinary advice — if your vet gives you a number, use theirs and set it by hand from the pet's profile.
The photo scan gave a number that looks wrong
The scan estimates from a photo, so it is an estimate. Before you save it you can correct the portion in grams, and the calories follow. For packaged food, type the calories from the label once; it is saved to your food list for next time.
Two of us look after the same pet
Open the pet's profile, tap Share this pet and send the invite code or link. Whoever joins sees the same day, the same log and the same history, and every entry says who added it. If they leave household alerts on, each of you gets a notification when the other logs a meal, a treat, water or a weight — and if you reach for the bowl within twenty minutes of the other person, the app asks first. The owner can remove a member from that same card, and a member can leave.
Notifications are not arriving
Check three things, in this order: notifications are allowed for PawCal in your phone's system settings; Notifications is on in Profile → Settings; and the switch for what you expected — Meal reminders for your own schedule, Household activity for what someone else logged — is on. Household alerts need a signed-in account on both phones and only reach a phone that has opened the app at least once since signing in.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Billing belongs to the store, not to us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out. Deleting your PawCal account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it first.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. It removes your pets, every entry, your health records and your sign-in, immediately and permanently. If you have already uninstalled, the same thing can be done by email — see the deletion page.

Fotoğraf taraması yanlış bir sayı verdi
Tarama fotoğraftan tahmin eder, yani sonuç bir tahmindir. Kaydetmeden önce porsiyonu gram olarak düzeltebilirsin, kalori de ona göre değişir. Paketli mamada etiketteki kaloriyi bir kez gir; mama listene kaydedilir, bir dahaki sefere hazır.

Bildirimler gelmiyor
Şu sırayla üç şeye bak: telefonun sistem ayarlarında PawCal'a bildirim izni verilmiş mi; Profil → Ayarlar'da Bildirimler açık mı; ve beklediğin şeyin anahtarı — kendi programın için Öğün hatırlatıcıları, başkasının kaydı için Ev halkı bildirimleri — açık mı. Ev halkı bildirimleri her iki telefonda da giriş yapılmış bir hesap ister ve yalnızca girişten sonra uygulamayı en az bir kez açmış telefona ulaşır.
Aboneliği yönetmek veya iptal etmek
Ödeme bize değil mağazaya ait. iPhone'da: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler. Android'de: Play Store → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. Oradan iptal etmek yenilemeyi durdurur; ödediğin dönem bitene kadar Pro sende kalır. PawCal hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez — önce aboneliği iptal et.
Hesabını silmek
Uygulamada: Profil → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Petlerini, bütün kayıtlarını, sağlık kayıtlarını ve girişini anında ve kalıcı olarak siler. Uygulamayı kaldırdıysan aynısı e-postayla da yapılabilir — silme sayfasına bak.
